Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burgers
For the meatballs
• 500 g minced turkey
• Or mug of oats
• 1 small onion
• 1 zucchini
• Or garlic clove
• ½ cumin
• ½ cinnamon
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 tbsp. chopped coriander
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. Laconian Legacy olive oil
For pies
• 400 grams of whole flour
• 250 grams of water
• 1 tablespoon of salt
For the yogurt sauce
• 200 g. yoghurt
• 1 small cucumber
• 2 tablespoons dill finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tbsp. Laconian Legacy olive oil
• 1 pinch of salt
Implementation
In a bowl mix the minced meat, grated zucchini, onion and garlic finely chopped, cinnamon, cumin, salt, coriander, oats and egg and homogenize.
• Lay on thick meatballs.
• Put a non-stick frying pan on high heat and paint the meatballs for 2 minutes each.
• Then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
• In the meantime rub the cucumber, in a bowl mix the yogurt, dill, vinegar, olive oil and finally add the cucumber and salt.
• Prepare the pastry dough by mixing in a bowl, flour, water and salt, knead well until it becomes a soft dough and does not stick to hands.
• (If it sticks, add a little flour because we ideally want it very soft).
• Allow the dough to rest. Then open with a dummy in minute and round bits.
• Heat two pans, one on medium heat and the other on high heat.
• Place each bite for half a minute first on medium heat on each side for 1´ and then on high heat to inflate (bake each bite for 1-1 / 2 minutes to soften).
