Beans Balls

250 grams of red beans cooked

1/3 of the boiled rice bowl

1 bucket of mushrooms, grated

1/2 cup broccoli chopped

1 onion finely chopped

1 clove of garlic

1 egg

5 tablespoons of oats

4 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

4-5 leaf dome

Salt Pepper

2 tablespoons of Laconian Legacy

Sweeten the beans, rice, onion and garlic in a multi-cutter or a rattan mixer to homogenize. In a bowl, add the mushrooms, broccoli, egg, oats, parmesan, paprika, Laconian Legacy and the finely chopped mint. Work well with this mixture to form small balls, place them on a non-stick surface and bake in a preheated oven, at 160 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or quickly fry properly (always in Laconian Legacy olive oil) for just a few seconds, just make a crust without baking inside the baking tin and finish baking in the oven for 10 minutes .

Tip: You can use pre-cooked canned beans or light beaten beans, having changed the water twice during boiling. If necessary, add more oats to tighten the mixture, either molded or externally.
